| 1) A 48 hour Raplacement Guarantee such as Distemper and Parvoirus. A Certificate from your certified Vet must be shown, that includes all lab results and diagnosis must be provided to Rockin A&D Ranch, with in the 48 hour period. (Buyer understands that the following aliments are not considered serious and therefore are NOT covered: Worms, Fleas, Ticks, and Ear mites, or any other external or internal parasites). | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| 2) A 1 Year Health Guarantee is offered against Genetics. A Certificate from 2 certified Vets must be provided to Rockin A&D Ranch showing all lab results and the Vererinarian saying it was definitely caused from the prenatal stage. Any buyers out of state must send a copy of 2 Vet reports by certified mail. Sellers Vet will confirm any and all submitted diagnosis. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| 3) We ask that you have your pet(s) spayed or neutered by the proper age or weight required by a Vet. And pups must NOT be abused and or not have up to date health records of fecal analysis records & vaccinations from a certified Veterinarian. Or the puppy Replacement guarantee will absolutely be terminated. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| 4) This Replacment Guarantee applies only if your puppy comes down with Genetic difficulty's. The Seller of this puppy is NOT Responsible for any Vet bills of any kind and is NOT obligated in any way for any refunds for Vet or Lab bills. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| 5) A De-Worming, Immunization record & A Purina Puppy Kit is given to all puppies. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| 6) Buyer agrees to annual Vet checkups and all Immunizations and De-Worming. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| 7) Buyer agrees to provide adequate housing, but NOT to be restrained on a rope or chain, or tied to a dog house. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| 8) Buyer also understands that the seller cannot and does not guarantee future size, color, dimension, & temperament of this sale. Also NO other warranties, expressed or implied, are given unless listed in this form. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| 9) If for any unforseen circumstances, financial hardships, etc... come up and you are unable to properly care for this puppy. And if for any reason you can not keep your puppy, and if you are unable to find a loving home, then Rockin A&D Ranch, Will Always accept the animalback regardless of age or ailment. * With NO Refunds*. Here at the Rockin A&D Ranch we are responsible for making the decision to bring these pups into this world, and we are also responsible for placing them into safe, sercue, & loving homes.
